A first-time deep cleaning is a thorough cleaning of your whole home that prepares it for our maintenance program. It is priced by the hour for the actual cleaning time ($48/hour with 1 Professional Cleaner, $79/hour total with 2, $129/hour total with 3), with a 4-hour minimum, plus a logistics fee and taxes.

Maintenance cleaning is a recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visit at a fixed price per visit, usually with 1 Professional Cleaner. Because your home has already been professionally deep cleaned, maintaining it generally takes less time and costs less.

Our first-visit deep cleaning brings your property to a professionally maintained condition. It includes kitchen deep cleaning (exterior of cabinets and appliances, countertops, sinks and faucets, grease removal around the cooking area), complete bathroom and shower deep cleaning, dusting throughout the property, removal of ordinary marks on walls, baseboards, interior doors and door-handle sanitizing, accessible interior windows, vacuuming and floor mopping.

Cleaning inside cabinets and appliances is not included unless you add it as an extra. In the price calculator, tap any of the included services to see the full list.

Our regular cleaning includes dusting, full floor vacuuming and mopping, deep scrubbing of bathrooms and showers, interior window sills, and kitchen cabinet wiping. Minimum booking is 4 hours.

Yes. Recurring maintenance cleaning is available only after an initial professional deep cleaning completed by Daniela Shining Cleaning Services, and recurring service must begin within one month of that deep cleaning. If more than one month has passed, maintenance pricing requires management approval — please call or text us.

Yes. After your first deep cleaning, you can choose a recurring maintenance plan at a fixed price per visit:

• Studio / 1 Bedroom: Monthly $190, Bi-weekly $170, Weekly $150
• 2 to 5 bedrooms: Monthly $238, Bi-weekly $190, Weekly $180
• Large Homes & Estates (4–5 bedrooms with 3 or 3.5 bathrooms): Monthly $295, Bi-weekly $240, Weekly $225

Prices are per visit, plus taxes — no logistics fee is added. Each plan includes a set number of cleaning hours, shown on the plan cards below the calculator.

Yes. Choose “Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning” in the price calculator. This cleaning may require additional intensive cleaning depending on the condition of the property, so our team confirms the details after reviewing your request. Like our first-time deep cleaning, it is charged for the actual cleaning time, with a 4-hour minimum.

Yes. Properties with 4 or more bathrooms or 4 levels, and other large properties and estates, receive a personalized quote: our management team reviews your cleaning needs to set the right price and team. In the calculator, you can send up to 10 photos with “Get a Quote With Photos” or ask for a video consultation.

Homes with 4–5 bedrooms and 3 or 3.5 bathrooms also have dedicated Large Homes & Estates maintenance plans.

Yes. We offer commercial cleaning as well as building cleaning (common areas). Because pricing depends on your space, schedule and cleaning needs, we prepare a custom quote after an on-site visit or a video call. Choose “Commercial” or “Building Cleaning” in the calculator to send your request.

Yes. We provide all professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise discussed. In the calculator, you can also choose ATTITUDE eco-friendly products (+$10 per cleaning visit) and tell us about any products or ingredients to avoid.

Yes, as optional extras you can add in the calculator: inside the oven (about 45 minutes), inside the refrigerator with organization (about 1 hour) and inside the microwave (about 20 minutes). Inside kitchen cabinets, the dishwasher, the washing machine and the dryer can also be added.

Extras have no fixed fees: they are charged only for the extra time needed at your team’s hourly rate — for example, +45 minutes = $36 with 1 Professional Cleaner. If the task takes less time, you pay less.

Accessible interior windows and interior glass are included in every cleaning (windows that can be safely reached without specialized equipment). Window tracks deep cleaning (about 2 hours) and patio door exterior glass and tracks cleaning (about 1 hour) can be added as extras.

The calculator instantly shows your estimated cleaning time and price before taxes; GST and QST appear under “See taxes”.

When you send your request, our team reviews it with you before confirming your appointment.

No — it is an estimate based on the information you provide. You only pay for the actual cleaning time: if the cleaning takes less time, you pay less. The estimate is not a guaranteed price cap, and any additional cleaning time beyond the original estimate must be approved by you in advance.

Yes, for first-time deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning: you pay for the actual cleaning time at your team’s hourly rate, with a 4-hour minimum, plus the logistics fee ($25 with 1 or 2 Professional Cleaners, $35 with 3) and taxes. Recurring maintenance cleaning is a fixed price per visit instead.

Yes. The minimum booking is 4 hours for all team sizes. With 1 Professional Cleaner, a booking can last up to 9 hours; longer cleanings need 2 or more Professional Cleaners.

Yes. 1 Professional Cleaner: $48/hour + tax. 2 Professional Cleaners: $79/hour total + tax for both ($39.50 per Professional Cleaner / hour). 3 Professional Cleaners: $129/hour total + tax for all three.

More cleaners finish faster — a job of about 6 hours with 1 Professional Cleaner could be completed in around 4 hours with 2. Because of the 4-hour minimum, 2 Professional Cleaners are offered when the cleaning is long enough, and the calculator recommends them when you add several time-consuming extra tasks.

With 1 Professional Cleaner, a standard first-time cleaning is estimated at about 4 hours for a studio / 1 bedroom, 5 hours for 2–3 bedrooms and 7 hours for 4–5 bedrooms. Additional bathrooms and extra tasks add time, and 2 Professional Cleaners reduce it. The calculator shows the estimated time for your home.

For first-time and move-in / move-out cleanings, any additional cleaning time beyond the original estimate must be approved by you in advance, and you only pay for the actual time used at your team’s hourly rate.

For maintenance plans, each visit includes a set number of hours. If more time is needed, extra time is $29/hour with 1 Professional Cleaner, or $58/hour for both Professional Cleaners with 2. It is only added when necessary and with your approval.

A $25 deposit is required after booking an appointment to secure your cleaning date and time. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment, after the cleaning is completed.

The $25 deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning time.

Customers may also reschedule their appointment without losing the deposit, as long as the change is requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Once the appointment is within 72 hours, the $25 deposit becomes non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or last-minute rescheduling.

This policy helps compensate for the reserved time in our schedule and the difficulty of filling a cleaning appointment at short notice.

Rescheduling requested more than 72 hours in advance keeps your $25 deposit. Within 72 hours of the appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable for a cancellation or last-minute rescheduling.

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. You can provide access instructions before your appointment, and our professional cleaners will take care of your home while you’re away.

Of course, you’re also more than welcome to stay home during the cleaning! There’s absolutely no need to leave your home specifically for our cleaning service. 😊
